My name is Olivia and I am a Business Administration student at Eckerd College with an interest in marketing, consumer behavior, and digital media trends. Through Crave Culture, I explore how TikTok’s FoodTok community influences food marketing, viral trends, and consumer purchasing behavior. My work focuses on how influencers, algorithms, and social media platforms shape modern food culture and impact the success of restaurants, products, and brands. With this blog I want to share insight into how digital platforms are changing the food industry.
